Because every fiveALIVE product is made-to-order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please review our size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
We will replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective (printing errors, missing items, wrong product received)
To request a replacement or refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
We'll respond within 2 business days and make it right.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we're unable to cancel.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 3 business days (carriers sometimes mark early) then reach out. We'll work with you to resolve.
